01 Is Flux really free with unlimited users?

Yes. The Free plan has no user limits. Invite your entire team. You only upgrade if you need more than 10 boards or automations.
02 How does per-seat billing work?

Pro is $1.50 per workspace member per month. When you add a member, they are charged immediately (prorated). When you remove a member, you get an instant credit. No batch invoicing, no end-of-month surprises.
03 Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. No long-term contracts. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, your extra boards become read-only until you archive down to 10.
04 What payment methods do you accept?

05 What happens when I hit the 10-board limit?
