01

Drag-and-drop columns and cards

Move cards between columns or reorder them with smooth drag-and-drop. Each column maintains its own sort context so cross-column drags never disrupt unrelated cards.

02

Rich card content

Every card supports a title, description, checklists with progress tracking, threaded comments, file attachments via S3 presigned uploads, labels, assignees, due dates, and cover images.

03

Custom labels and color coding

Create board-level labels with custom text and colors. Toggle them on cards for instant visual categorization. Filter by label across the board or multi-board view.

04

Human-readable card IDs

Every card gets a short ID like PL-42 built from the board prefix and an atomic counter. Share card URLs, reference them in commits, and search by ID.

05

Keyboard-first card creation

Click the column header or hit the shortcut to create a card inline. Title auto-focuses - type and press Enter. No modals, no friction.

06

Cover images and attachments

Upload images directly to cards. Set any image as the cover to make cards visually scannable. Files are stored on S3 with presigned URLs for secure, fast access.

// FAQ
04 questions
01

How many boards can I create?

+

There is no hard limit on boards. Create as many as your team needs - each board lives inside a workspace and has its own columns, labels, and member list.

02

Can I move cards between boards?

+

Cards belong to a single board but can be moved between columns freely within that board. The multi-board view lets you see cards from all boards in one place for cross-project visibility.

03

Are there column limits like WIP limits?

+

Flux does not enforce WIP limits by default. Columns are flexible - you define the workflow that fits your team. Mark any column as the "Done" column to track completion.

04

What file types can I attach to cards?

+

Any file type is supported - images, PDFs, documents, archives. Files are uploaded via presigned S3 URLs and stored securely. Images can be set as card covers for visual boards.
