New client requests land in Intake with the client name, brief, and deadline attached. Nothing slips through when every ask has a card.

New client requests land in Intake with the client name, brief, and deadline attached. Nothing slips through when every ask has a card.
Move cards to Active when work begins. Assign team members, set due dates, and use checklists to break large deliverables into trackable steps.
The Review column is your quality gate. Cards stay there until both internal leads and the client sign off, preventing premature delivery.
Approved work moves to Invoiced once the bill goes out. You always know which deliverables have been billed and which are still pending.
Prefix each card title with the client name, or use labels to color-code by client. For agencies with many concurrent clients, create one board per client and use the multiboard view for the big picture.
Flux focuses on workflow visibility, not time tracking. Use the card description or a checklist to log hours, or integrate with your time-tracking tool via the Flux REST API.
All Flux templates are free. Sign up, create a board, and set up columns to match this layout. No credit card required.
