// How to use this template
04 steps
01

Track proposals alongside active work

Keep proposals visible on the same board as active gigs. You always know how many irons are in the fire and when pipeline might dry up.

02

Manage multiple gigs without context-switching

Each gig is a card with its own checklist, attachments, and due dates. Drag between columns as work progresses instead of juggling spreadsheets.

03

Separate deliverables from client review

The Deliverables column is your staging area. Once assets are packaged, move to Client Review so you know exactly what is waiting on feedback.

04

Never lose track of invoicing

When a gig wraps, move the card to Invoiced. Attach invoice numbers and payment terms so you can follow up on overdue payments at a glance.

// FAQ
03 questions
01

Can I use this for both hourly and fixed-price gigs?

+

Yes. The template is workflow-agnostic. Use card descriptions or checklists to note billing type, hourly rates, or milestone amounts for each gig.

02

How do I track unpaid invoices?

+

Keep cards in the Invoiced column until payment clears. Add a due date matching the payment terms and use labels like Priority to flag overdue invoices.

03

Is this template free?

+

All Flux templates are free. Sign up, create a board, and set up columns to match this layout. No credit card required.
