Add every candidate as a card

Create a card for each candidate with their resume, source, and role attached. Checklists track interview stages so no step gets skipped.

Move candidates through the funnel

Drag cards from Sourced to Phone Screen, Interview, Offer, and Hired. The board shows your full pipeline at a glance - spot bottlenecks before they stall hiring.

Coordinate with hiring managers

Assign cards to the hiring manager for each role. Comments keep interview feedback alongside the candidate instead of buried in email threads.

Close offers and onboard

When an offer is accepted, move the card to Hired with the start date and onboarding checklist attached. Pair this board with the Onboarding Checklist template for a seamless handoff.
