// How to use this template
04 steps
01

Draft OKRs at the start of each quarter

Create a card for each objective and list key results in the card description or as checklist items. Use labels to distinguish Company, Team, and Individual goals at a glance.

02

Move objectives to Active when work begins

As teams start executing, drag OKR cards to Active. Assign each card to the person accountable so ownership is visible across the entire organization.

03

Flag At Risk objectives early

When a key result falls behind its target, move the card to At Risk. This column is your early warning system - leadership can spot blockers before the quarter ends.

04

Review and celebrate in Completed

At quarter-end, cards in Completed tell the story of what shipped. Use the board history to see how objectives progressed and carry forward lessons into next quarter.

// FAQ
03 questions
01

How do I track key results within each OKR?

+

Add key results as checklist items on each OKR card. Flux shows checklist progress directly on the card preview, so you can see completion percentage without opening the card. Update percentages as metrics come in.

02

Can I separate company, team, and individual OKRs?

+

Yes. Use labels to tag each OKR as Company, Team, or Individual. Filter the board by label to focus on one level, or view everything together to see alignment across the organization.

03

How does the multi-board view help with OKR tracking?

+

If different teams each have their own OKR board, the multi-board view lets leadership see all boards side by side in one screen. Spot which teams are on track and which need support without switching between boards.
