// How to use this template
04 steps
01

Capture every aspiration in Dreams

Write down big goals without filtering. Career changes, fitness milestones, skills to learn - every aspiration gets a card. This is your vision board, not your to-do list.

02

Pull goals into This Quarter

At the start of each quarter, choose two or three dreams to make concrete. Break them into quarterly milestones and move them to This Quarter. Less is more - focus beats volume.

03

Work on them in Working On

As you begin, drag goals to Working On and add specific tasks as checklist items. Track your daily or weekly progress right on the card - each checked item builds momentum.

04

Celebrate in Achieved

When a milestone is hit, move the card to Achieved. Review this column when motivation dips - visible progress is the best fuel for continuing. Use comments to log what you learned along the way.

// FAQ
03 questions
01

How is this different from a regular to-do list?

+

A to-do list is flat and forgettable. This board separates dreams from active work and tracks progress visually. You see what you are working on right now, what is queued for this quarter, and what you have already achieved - a complete picture of your personal growth.

02

Can I use labels to balance different life areas?

+

Yes. Tag goals as Career, Health, or Learning to see if your effort is balanced. Filter by label to focus on one area, or view the full board to make sure you are not neglecting fitness while chasing career milestones.

03

Is this template useful for teams or just individuals?

+

It works for both. Individuals use it as a personal growth tracker. Managers can adapt it for 1-on-1 goal tracking by sharing the board with their direct report - both parties see progress in real time between check-ins.
