// MVP Template

Build, test, and validate.

// How to use this template
04 steps
01

Start with hypotheses, not features

Every card in the Hypotheses column is a bet your startup is making. Write it as a testable statement so you know exactly what success looks like before writing code.

02

Build the minimum to test

Move a hypothesis to Building only when you commit to testing it. Keep scope ruthlessly small - the goal is learning speed, not feature completeness.

03

Test with real users

The Testing column is where hypotheses meet reality. Attach user feedback, analytics screenshots, and A/B test results directly to the card for a complete decision record.

04

Validate or pivot explicitly

Move cards to Validated when the data supports shipping, or Pivoted when it does not. Both outcomes are progress. The board becomes a living record of what your startup has learned.

03 questions
01

How is this different from a regular product board?

+

A regular product board tracks features. This board tracks hypotheses and learning. The columns map to the build-measure-learn loop, so every card ties back to a testable assumption about your business.

02

Can my co-founders and investors see this board?

+

Yes. Invite co-founders as members so they can update cards, and investors as viewers for read-only visibility into your progress. Real-time updates mean everyone sees the current state.

03

Is this template free?

+

All Flux templates are free. Sign up, create a board, and set up columns to match this layout. No credit card required.
